Mina has pushed me beyond my perceived limits. I am extremely happy with my results! The more we train, the more I continue to see improvement in strength, endurance and muscle mass.

When I started training with Mina, I was extremely concerned about injuries. I have arthritis on my shoulders and neck. He always has my condition in mind when we work out, and is also constantly checking on supplements that will help my condition. I always feel I get a great workout and the pain on my shoulders has diminished. Better yet, I am seeing the results. Dropping the weight and getting stronger! More...

If you are looking for a trainer that does not mind making you his priority than Mina is your man. He is knowledgeable about supplements, diet, and as a chiropractor he knows how to treat your body well. I started personal training to better my health, since I have been a long time migraine sufferer and have arthritis on my neck and shoulders. The migraines that  hospitalized me are now manageable and the shoulder pain has diminished greatly. I have lost weight, I am regaining the figure I lost after having kids, and simply feel great. Awesome Trainer! Mina worked with me for two months and I lost 15 pounds! He helped me modify my diet and stayed on top of me and did not give up on me!

After having lingering sports injury's that held me back from getting healthy and keeping myself in shape the last 15 years, I have finally found a trainer that has helped me fix them. Mina has helped figure out what I was neglecting and what I needed to strengthen my past injuries. On top of that I started at 258lbs with him and Now down to 242lbs in just a little over 4 weeks. Being consistent with physical fitness and nutrition on a daily basis. Even when I had one bad day of not eating right or not having the motivation to go, I did not give up the day after.

I am grateful to get up everyday and help people to get moving. Exercise is the best medicine and I am glad to be a part of clients' fitness journey.

I have a undergraduate degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) and Health Sciences, a doctorate degree in chiropractic, so I have extensive knowledge of bio mechanics. I love working with every type of population, ranging from athletes to the elderly. The major difference between me and other personal trainers is I will stay on top of your nutrition and water intake daily to ensure that you are reaching your fitness goals.
