Personal Training Team is awesome. My trainer Kristie has kept me coming back for more for over two years! I admit I am good at making excuses not to work out, bit I have never missed a session. This gym has helped me with my weight loss needs thanks to Kristie. Every time I enter the gym I am greeted and automatically encouraged to start my workout fully focused. PTT is truly a 5 star experience!After going through several larger gyms and some small boutique gyms in the area, I finally found the right fit for me at PTT. Kristie runs an effective workout, and expertly guides everyone through the exercises when support is needed.  Over the past 2 months, I have definitely toned my body.  If you want to push harder, Kristie is there to show you how...and if you need to take it easy, that is an option as well.  I love seeing the same community of people at my workouts, which is such a difference from the anonymity of large gyms.This is a small gym, with limited hours, but fits a working mom's schedule perfectly.  I can easily come after work and get home in time to get dinner on the table for my family.  And if I don't have childcare, my 8 year old can come with me and work on her homework while I work out! I love PTT. I've been coming for two years now. I found Kristie shortly after moving to the area through Living Social. (I think it was a four-week deal. ) I had previously done a boot camp program but had taken about a year off from it after having a baby. Kristie gave me the space to build back up and challenge myself. I go to the gym three to four times a week. From the start, I told Kristie my goals, what I needed from her, and she's constantly supported what I needed. I need someone who will hold me accountable but understands I've got a toddler and won't be doing the hardcore dieting. She's constantly challenging me to be my best in the most positive ways while respecting the limits I've set. I know I can walk in, be challenged, and have fun with little thought/planning on my part. Over our time together, I've lost weight, gotten so much stronger, and have continued to enjoy the new, interesting challenges Kristie puts forth. Some things I specifically love about Kristie and her gym: -- It's small. That means you end up knowing the people at the gym. As someone who works mostly from home, this has become my little community of supportive individuals. I look forward to seeing everyone. -- She's realistic. Your kid is sick? That's OK. Stay home. Get better. And you don't lose that workout. Make it up when you can. -- Super positive. Many of the members are women who are 30 or older. There are some men, but more women then men. Everyone has their own goals and challenges. Everyone is so supportive. -- New classes/challenges. Kristie often offers short-term classes to add into the schedule like Tabata or Strong Girls. I like the variety and enjoy mixing things up. Truly, Kristie has created a place I love and look forward to going. My fitness goals are really about my own mental health but I've gotten so much more from our time together already. I'd highly recommend Personal Training Team for anyone interested in working out, whatever the goal. More...

I am extremely satisfied with the 6 week program my wife and I have completed. I have lost over 20 pounds and feel great. Having a nutrition plan in place gave me a better understanding of portion control and helped me track what I put into my body . Kristie and Jerry have been instrumental in keeping us motivated and determined. Workouts were all total body, high intensity 30 minute sessions that left us feeling tired but accomplished. Furthermore, it pushed us to continue working out on our own as well. The program has put us back on track physically and mentally. We are very appreciative of having this great experience with great people! More...

If you are looking for real change and want to begin a new lifestyle then Personal Training Team is the place. This truly is a no judgement zone and welcoming to all levels. Getting off the couch was scary but they really make it easy and safe for beginners. The 6 week challenge was so beneficial especially the meal planning and nutrition accountability. 2 new holes on my belt aren't so bad either. More...

I just finished my 6 week challenge and I'm extremely happy with the results! I used to workout regularly, but within the past couple years I stopped. I gained about 25lbs and my clothes weren't fitting right anymore. I needed to make a change. I heard about PTT from a Facebook ad. I know people who had done similar programs and had amazing results. So I thought I'd give it a shot and I'm really glad I did! With a great group of people and a personal trainer named Kristie, I met my goals and started on my fitness journey. I highly recommend PTT to anyone who wants to get in better shape! More...

Love this place. I had a knee replacement and Jerry had been above and beyond helpful with my recovery. He's flexible and works around my abilities or inability to come in. I highly recommend this place.

I recently signed up for a personal trainer to help me overcome my disabilities and get my body back into a healthy condition.  Reggie gave me the introduction and he was fantastic.  He was so kind, knowledgeable, safety minded, friendly and supportive as well as explaining why it was so important to be held accountable and stay motivated.  I highly recommend this program and the personal trainers who work in Vallejo In-Shape Health Club and Gym.  Reggie helped me find a financial program that was suitable for my situation and was very discreet about his handling of my finances.  Reggie is setting me up next week with my own personal trainer which was explained to me that they would encourage me, give me new exercise plans to help me fulfill my goals, keep me motivated and encouraged.   As a new member and not being familiar with a gym, Reggie was awesome and did not make me feel rushed or ignorant.  He treated me like an intelligent person and I really appreciated that. Saturday morning sessions with Kerry/Wendy are awesome! I love the TRX, kettle bell and sand bag workout. Both Kerry and Wendy are knowledgeable and pay great attention to their clients needs and goals.  I have been working out continually with Kerry for almost two years and have lost 40 lbs and 22" overall!
