How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help clients achieve their goals by listening to their health and fitness goals as well as their health and fitness history. Then, together, we break down those goals into simple steps to come up with a realistic plan to work towards achieving those goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work and consistency over time. Sorry, there are no shortcuts. But the proper program and coaching ensure success. I can provide that for clients.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is seeing the transformation in people from when they start training to when they figure out they CAN change and create positive habits and work toward their goals and THEY see the payoff of their hard work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business for flexibility in schedule to meet the needs of my clients.

At Personal Training And You I specialize in one-on-one personal fitness training. Training can be done in my Franklin, MA Studio or I will travel to your home. Whether at my gym or your home, the training is private and the instruction personalized.
Available One Hour Individual Sessions Include:
Total Body Strength Training with Abdominals & Back,
30 minutes of Aerobic Conditioning & 30 minutes of
Total Body Strength Training,
Circuit Training a combination of High Intensity Aerobic
Exercise and Strength Training Exercises,
Flexibility Stretching,
Stability Ball Training,
Rubber Tubing Workouts,
Sport Specific Training,
Fitness Testing and
