I take both yoga and personal training through Kara. She is amazing - so knowledgeable, caring, and personally demonstrates everything. Her classes/training are very positive with no comparing allowed. I am so-not-an-athelete, but I love going to Kara's sessions. She has encouraged me (everyone) so I am now able to do things I never thought I could do (and in good form). She also gives me accommodated versions of moves/exercises so I don't hurt from my arthritis. She's greatly motivates everyone, experienced or not! More...

You cannot do better than Kara Zebrowski. She is an experienced and expert in her field. She is also meticulous. A great mix for someone who teaches yoga. Highly recommend.
