Wow- just wow. I am always a bit skeptical about food trucks and often times I find them to be overrated but in the case of Persephone I was absolutely blown away. I have to add not just regular blown away but like mind blown, face melted off, I can’t wait to go back to tomorrow, blown away. I ordered the gyro which was so fresh, juicy and had a ridiculous array of toppings and spices. The thing was BIG, a monster! I ordered my wife a chicken souvlaki and she enjoyed it so much that she saved half for later. Literally the best restaurant in Rogers, and it's a food truck. Everything on the menu is made from scratch, painstakingly executed. The thought and effort put into the food here is unreal. Best gyros you will ever have. My personal favorite is the Aphrodite fries/tots.
