Peter was amazing. He was easy to work with, very professional and quite reasonably priced.He did what he sai he was going to do and in a matter of a couple of days after we finalized our drawings we had our permit.I recommend him with no hesitation.

Peter was an invaluable resource in helping obtain my pool permit! Do not underestimate the incompetency of the City. I tried for 6 weeks to get a simple pool permit and was about to give up on the project altogether before being introduced to Peter. He was able to obtain the permit in a week (it would've been less, but of course the City's records weren't up to date, which caused a slight delay). Furthermore Peter is professional, punctual, and patiently answers all your questions. He'll keep you updated throughout the process and responds in a timely manner to any correspondence. In a world where most people are worthless and leave you wondering how they're employed, Peter is a godsend.
