Honestly not too sure about the previous bad reviews about her, I usually don't follow yelp reviews in general just because I like to go into a business unbiased. I love my eyebrows, I was specific and knew what I wanted so maybe that had something to do with my accurate results. I told Sue I wanted them to look longer and I don't want a dramatic look, I knew a natural look is more appealing for my face and my mind in general. Sue definitely did deliver! I am very impressed with her work to where I'm coming back get my eyeliner done (got it done in the bay a few years ago, but now it's time for a touch up and a more enhanced look). My eyebrows didn't get infected and healed very quickly.  As long as you are specific in what you want and or have a picture of what you want done she can do no wrong. More...

First of all she was very very nice and happy to accommodate me I needed an appointment right away and she got me in that day. Sue is fabulous! I had my eyebrows and upper eyeliner done. Love love love! I plan to have her do my lips as well. My brows are so gorgeous and I look and feel livelier. They really bring out my eyes and frame my face perfectly. Sue definitely knows what she's doing. Btw...Yelp is using extortion tactics on business owners. Forcing them to pay money to have old reviews stay on the bottom where they should be. Should be sorted by date, but Yelp puts the bad ones on top unless the business owners pay. Terrible. I had eyebrows, eyeliner both top and bottom and lips done by Sue.  She knew what she was talking about; an artist she is.  I had my eyebrows done two years ago by someone else who left them uneven and one longer than the other.  I asked Sue if she could fix them.  She made them look fabulous:  I have received numerous compliments on my brows.  After about two months, I went in for my touch up.  Sue listened to what I said I wanted done and she did everything to my satisfaction.  I walked out of there looking marvelous.  I highly recommend Sue to anyone who wants a beautiful permanent make up job done. I've been going to Sue for 1 1/2 years now to minimize my acne/acne scars and have had so many people complement me on the marked improvement. All the prescriptions the doctors gave me over many years have never had the positive effect Sue's facials have had. I'm very pleased with her work. I've never found much value in using Yelp as it is the one sided opinion of strangers and you can't be sure of the positive or negative portrayals and  resolution. I feel complied to do so now. I think Sue is wonderful.  I've read the reviews and what people don't realize is, when you're getting this done, especially the eyeliner, you are getting a tattoo--a tattoo on your eye, of course it hurts. The more you squirm, the more chances of not getting it right.  She's done my eyebrows and eyeliner (both upper & lower) and they're beautiful.  The liner is perfect, my brows just how I like them. This is my updated review on Sue.....my previous review had held off my final rating (I had not yet reached the finish line, so felt I could not grant FULL honesty 5 stars without reaching the completion).   I went back after 5 weeks for my recommended follow-up/ touch-up that is often necessary in the artists mind, to make sure everything came out perfect.  Sue listens to your needs, and sets out to make her customer happy.  I actually preferred a slightly "softer" brow, and with her awesome artistry...she made it happen with a lighter color, and a fullness my face needed! Why do people think it is not possible to correct permanent make-up Sue really does know her stuff.   I am absolutely thrilled with the work she does, and she makes the process fun!  My eyebrows look so great, and I never even suffered the scabbing so many complain about with the permanent make-up  (I also had my eyeliner and my lips done by Sue in my original sitting 5 weeks ago).  I had NO down time, beautiful work she does! I LOVE my permanent eyeliner!  Since having permanent eyeliner done,  I wake up looking refreshed and because it makes my thin eyelashes look thicker I don't spend all my time with clumping mascara.   Most people don't know that I had permanent makeup done but since then my friends tell me I look more "vibrant". Ive known Sue for a couple years nows and she is such a sweet lady! I had been dealing with a problematic bump on my face for about a year that made me feel so insecure. I went to Sue only to inquire about my skin issues and voila! Within minutes she was able to get rid of it!! AMAZING! Sue has years of experience and knows what shes doing! I was tired of having to reapply eyebrow makeup during the day so I decided to have them permanently done.  After a few visits (I was nervous! !)  with Sue I was ready to have my eyebrows done. Sue could tell I was nervous and took the time to talk with me and make sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect before she started.   I forgot the bit of pain involved once I saw the results; I was so pleased!   If you're considering permanent makeup I recommend you have a consultation with Sue. WOW! I have had nothing but compliments since I have been to Sue for my permanent eyebrows. This wonderfully talented & kind lady is an artist first so let me tell you she has talent beyond your typical make-up professional. I was a bit apprehensive about the pain factor. But fear no more!  I am so glad I had this done by Sue.  My eyebrows were completely healed and smooth in 1.5 weeks. I went about my usual routine during the healing. Just had to miss a few work-out sessions because of perspiration on a new tattoo. NO big deal.  This was so worth it all...and hearing all the compliments...priceless! Approximately four years ago, I was so lucky to find Sue. My eyes, eyebrows, and lips hardly drew any attention to any one. She took one look at me and knew immediately the beauty she could reveal.
