Q&As

A great website is one that interacts with end-users. A site that provides analytics for the business owner and is not just a pretty static component. Websites should be informative, but also guide / educate the end-user to the ultimate goal of gaining their trust and interest.

The website should direct customers to the company's 'call-to-action'. That may be purchasing products, contacting the business for service, or social media interaction.

A great website is also responsive on all platforms, devices, and operating systems. This ensures your business is always accessible.

To deliver the best service, Peripheral Media studies a client to understand what their objective and goals are, how their company operates, and what they are trying to achieve. Without knowing these things, we cannot proceed to timeframes, budget, or schedules.

Peripheral Media views each client as a long-term partner, not a short-term project. Our intent is to build each clients online presence and help them develop their brand. We like to grow with our clients and adapt to new business strategies, for long-term success.

Our creative process is exactly that - Creative. Peripheral Media thinks outside the box, but not to be trendy or clever. For example, many businesses repeat strategies to meet deadlines. They duplicate what has worked in the past. They are seldom forced to go outside their comfort zone.

Peripheral Media is fortunate to work in an industry that requires us to exercise creative concepts. We view each project from a different vantage point than our clients would typically consider. The reason for this method is it causes all resources to be exhausted, to ensure we are using best practice for each client.

Our process is not cookie-cutter. Even if two clients are looking for the same service, we seldom perform the same strategy because each company is vastly different.

Our first consultation typically provides the answers we need to begin working. Most clients don't have all the answers prior to our first meeting and that's ok. We figure them out together and discuss options that may not have been considered yet.

Each project is different. Yet we learn from each one. This makes the next project more fun to work through. And we get to meet some incredible people / professionals.

The natural ability to create original content. We aim to be unique and be a resource for professionals. Being in an industry that is heavily tech/software/app related, industry trends constantly change. That's exciting.

Per our website, Bark profile, and work reference; we hope you can tell how passionate we are about our work. As we like to say, "We do not want to be hired by you, we want to partner with you."

Imagine having a consultant who considers themselves vested in your company. The end result is not to simply provide the services agreed to, it's to build your company as if it were our own. We want you to succeed and gain presence in your market-place. That is the measure of success.

Services

First off, Web Design & Web Development are two different things. Design pertains to the look and feel of the site. The development is the logistics and how it will operate. Granted, when the site is complete, some details may be noticeable to the end user, but the combination of those two things are critical. We pay attention to those details.

Next, not all projects require in-depth web design. Based on client needs and projections, Peripheral Media will advise if other options are recommended. For example: a landing page for customer opt-in, connecting a banner to existing website(s), a 1-page site for immediate online presence, a full custom HTML site vs. template design, or converting an eCommerce site to optimize the customer's experience.

Our job is to educate our clients so they are aware of what the latest options are in software and applications. This is inclusive of the company's intent, to ensure we deliver exactly what they need.

Many business owners struggle to gain customer data and/or create customer interaction. Peripheral Media understands that hundreds of potential clients visit a website each day. This provides ample opportunity to interact with customers enough to gain their email by opting-in. After weeks and months of this, business owners can grow their client list for inbound marketing. This is such a powerful way to build trust and gain credibility via email. And you can direct customers to specific web pages or products for conversions. Simple methods like following up with customers after a transaction, gives you a 58% probability to make another sale. Emails are not arbitrary communications. Peripheral Media uses analytics to send messages at target times, and in sequence for better customer engagement.
