Perfect Solutions is more than just a housekeeping service! When we quote a job, we'll take extensive notes on what you need to be done or we can provide you with a comprehensive checklist we work from for either residential or commercial buildings. We offer several types of cleaning, from regularly scheduled routine housekeeping to move out and deep cleaning, including cleaning carpets, upholstery and even some hardwood floor cleaning and rejuvenation; assuming no boards need to be replaced, it may be possible for us to sand stain and seal hardwood floors. If you have tile work, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or heating repairs that need to be addressed and don't have someone you're already working with we do have partners who can do it or we'll coordinate with your people. Routine cleaning is done with all-natural cleaning products where applicable and stronger chemical solutions up to and including a hospital operating room cleaning solution upon request. We can remove pet stains and odors.

We also currently offer sanitization for COVID-19 for businesses. We can do pre-opening cleaning for restaurants that includes the dining room, the kitchen, a bar area (if present), and any kind of waiting area; we can also assist in setting up customer areas for the appropriate spacing. Medical offices, clinics, and equipment can be cleaned every night with a hospital operating room anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-mold solution and completely steam-sterilized every weekend. Businesses with high customer traffic can also be cleaned nightly and steam-cleaned every weekend. For businesses with little to know customer contact, we recommend routine cleaning on a weekly basis with steam-sterilization at least every other month.

Although most of our work is done either singly or in pairs, we can assemble a large team to clean out estates after a loved one passes and arrange for the sale or donation of items and to assist hoarders clean and organize both inside and out. Jobs of this size generally have at least a two-day minimum but can run much longer, depending on the number of possessions to be cleaned out; all estate and hoarding jobs will be quoted with a thorough cleaning unless otherwise requested. In hoarding situations, if biohazard protection is required at any point an extra charge applies, infestations of vermin will be required at may take more than one visit by an exterminator, and we're not responsible for items that may be lost or broken if there's a large amount of trash to be removed. Fees may apply for anything that cannot be disposed of at the local landfill and require disposal at specialized sites. We recommend watching A&E's "Hoarders" program to understand what this type of work involves.

We do offer a regular service for cleaning up after pets, both indoors and out.
