I highly recommend Shawn Leary with Perfect Plates for your next event or dinner party! We were looking to create an evening for a very deserving team that would be unique, special and memorable (party of 12). On a recommendation from a friend I reached out to Shawn. From start to finish he was absolutely amazing to work with! He designed 3 menus for us and gave us free reign to mix and match to create the perfect vibe for our guests. He took our choices (mix of Italian and Asian) and made it work seamlessly, working within our budget. He also included the perfect wine pairings for each dish! The 7-course feast was deliciously outstanding! Additionally, the night of the dinner could not have run any smoother. Shawn and his team (Maddie, Rebecca & Nicole) were thoughtful, fun and so professional! Shawn talked about each course and even did a table side demonstration of the Acorn Squash Ravioli dish. Not only is Shawn a talented chef, but clearly has a passion and love for what he does! Finally, Shawn and the team left everything so spic and span that night! We were leaving on a trip the next morning, so this was so appreciated!! All the food was delivered on time, it was fresh and presented with a professional touch. You have to try the Bacon Sirracha Sliders!!!! When my wife and I were planning an event for a charity we support, we both knew we wanted something different in the food department. We wanted more than just a good caterer, we wanted a food experience that our guest would leave talking about. Without a doubt, Shawn and his team made that experience happen. Their food is inspiration on a plate and is absolutely delicious! Words cannot do justice for how good their food and service is. With Shawn and his team were able to create a wonderful menu, and they executed it to perfection. Along the way, they were super caring and helped with logistical matters and gave our family and our guest the experience we imaged. Sometimes, food can be an afterthought for events like ours, however, this was not the case with our event. Most people did not expect the quality and level of food we were able to deliver with Shawn. Person after person raved about the food and keep asking for Perfect Plates contact info.
