What inspired you to start your own business?
Everyone has extraordinary talent. My purpose in life is to ensure that everyone knows this, about themselves and others. Identifying diverse talents, developing them into strengths, and supporting a focus on talents to find success will create a more positive world. Perception Coaching is designed to increase our appreciation and value of differences because differences create richness and depth of experience.
