How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our team crafts a selection of menu options based on the client's preferences and event details.
We aim to create a balanced menu that includes a variety of dishes, incorporating different flavors, textures, and presentation styles to appeal to a diverse range of tastes.
What do you love most about your job?
The look when clients and guests take their first bites. The smiles when you all come back for your third helping. And never missing orchestra concerts or other school events for our kids.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are parents who want to be as involved with our children as we can. Working in catering and events allows us to pick and choose when we work, and allows us to work with a variety of clients that others may overlook.
Why should our clients choose you?
There are a lot of excellent caterers in the PDX area. We've worked for a few (and still pull a shift here or there!)
We believe in collaboration over competition. This means we only take events we know we will leave feeling 100% confident with. If we can't meet your needs, we will give you recommendations on someone who can! With all that stress taken care of, we're able to devote our time to our clients, their event, and more importantly, the food.
