While working in HR, coaching, hiring, promoting people, I noticed that often the best performers were not the best at "selling themselves." I believe many of us hope our work will speak for us, but in reality, we need to be able to understand our strengths and to communicate those so we can advocate for ourselves and our work. I am good at helping people do that.

I also went into HR because I wanted to help people. But when you work for a company, you realize the expectation is that you always watch out for the company, and sometimes the interests of the company and the person are at odds. In my work now I only have one clear task: to help you achieve your goals.

Yes. All of my services are provided via Zoom. Location is never a limited factor. I am located in Malibu, California in the Pacific Time Zone.
