been going there for years. but after my experience there tonight I will not be going back. service was actually so bad that after they gave me my drink they forgot about me. waitress came back and took my menu before I even gave my order. no one even came back to me until my drink was gone. I asked for the bill for the drink because since no one wants to take my order I'm just going to leave. I think I’m giving up big chain restaurants. The service and prices just don’t compare to small spots like this. They were PACKED and we didn’t wait more than like 5mins for a table and the food was out almost immediately. 🙌🏾

8/14/21 went for dinner tonight and had the worst service we've ever had there. Wife and I love to go to Peg's a couple times a month. After tonight it will be iffy. Waitress Natalie C. first brings us 3 drinks and a coffee. Got one straw. never did get the other 2. wife ordered 1/2 a sub and received a whole. Natalie never did come back to table after giving us our food. No how is everything, would you like any refills,nothing. She had horrible customer service skills. First time it has happened in over 6 yrs. but will definitely be a factor towards going back. More...

What ever happened to good customer service? If you patronize a restaurant and come in with almost 30 people, and spend hundreds of dollars in the establishment it , I find it pretty rude to tell someone they have to throw their outside drink out or they cannot sit down. Ive waitressed in the past for 2 years and I would never be so rude. You'd think a restaurant in these times would want to retain customers and business. More...
