After having the dryer repaired 4 months ago, I was being cautious about the next person we hire, but it's still always a crapshoot. We got lucky with Pegas! Guy showed up on time, as promised. It was like watching a pit crew working a car at a pit stop. He had the dryer completely disassembled in 5 min flat, was able to diagnose the problem, repaired the broken element, found a problem pulley and replaced it, and removed lint from all internal components. He said it would be like having a new dryer and he wasn't kidding! Pricing was reasonable, and he guarantees his work for 6 months when most others only offer 1-3 months. More...

What do you love most about your job?
I’ve always been curious about how things work and engineering. So I studied many types of engineering in school and in technical degrees. These helped me build on real world experiences solving challenging problems in mechanical engineering agricultural engineering and industrial engineering. Today these life experiences help me solve both small and big problems for customers in a very cost effective way.

We only work with appliances directly. We not provide online service. Our technicians have earned degrees, sometimes multiple degrees, and/or certifications that relate to their work in order to deliver the highest quality services and solutions for customers.
