Peel Tech provides computer and other electronic phones, etc. assistance (and often instruction) to the residents of our large senior apartments complex. Scot, a senior technician, has assisted me about 4 times in the past few years, some with normal improvements and enhancements ... and has solved unique and complex problems. Referred to Brock but never met him. He got my message while out of town and put his tech Scot on my case ASAP.The Peel company technician took on the task of remedying the dysfunction challenges I have had for five years, spending countless hours with email service provider techs, and also techs from the company who supports the email software I use. Bottom-line the Peel Tech representative really listened when I had something to say. Most importantly he got my email clients working one afternoon after years of working with others to no avail.We are not totaling out of the woods with every challenge  but what an awesome and refreshing start. I had Dutch come and fix a litany of issues that kept stacking up over the years in our small business office. He did everything over a few days including install our wifi mesh, fix issues with our security cameras, fix printer scanning problems, fix my computer which wouldn't wake up when it went to sleep and backing up my . pst files, and a number of other random things associated with our teams work stations. Dutch is a pleasure to work with and we will be calling down on Peel whenever we have problems like this in the future. I can't believe it took me two years to finally ask for help.
