When I went to the clinic, they were extremely helpful. I had a bit of a unique situation, where I was 17 and working on my own in Houston for a month while my family lived across the state. I got sick and the only clinic that would see me was Pearland Family Health Center. They talked to my mother over the phone to get consent, and I was offered an appointment for an hour later (all of this took quite a while to process). When my appointment rolled around, Dr.Pointdexter was fantastic. Very kind, and quite knowledgeable. They helped me find an affordable option for treatment, and sent me on my way. The front desk staff is very friendly and professional and treated us like they had known us for years. Dr. Way was very thorough and very patient when we shared our medical history.
