Holy Smokes!!! Do 1 work out with Ben and you’ll want to tell everyone. I FELT AMAZING after my first session with him. I just want to tell everyone to go see him so they can feel as amazing as I do!!! Ben is 10 out of 10!!!

Peak Performance is the place for me I had no gym experience going in. I was very timid and self conscious. They welcome you will open arms and their main goal is help you get healthy. This is our premier service that is a hybrid of 1-1 personal training in a small group atmosphere. Each session is capped at 4 athletes to 1 coach and each athlete is provided their own personal program based on their goals and where they are at. Programs are written in 4-6 week blocks.

This program is served specifically for middle and high school students looking build strength and confidence for either their sports, or life in general. Each athlete in this program will get a specific program designed to meet them where they are at and progress them forward. Programs are written in 6-week blocks with a testing week every 7th week to measure improvements.
