Although I enjoyed working with the coaches, if you have significant gut issues, I would recommend not getting a coach. I would invest in a holistic nutritionist and stick with them. I followed the plan and started experiencing pains. If you would like to try it, I would try three months and then renew later. There are no returns. It is better to try a shorter amount of time, so your money isn’t wasted. More...
