The Peacock is a woman-ran family-owned business that is more than just a Wine Bar! While we serve over 60 bottles of wines from around the world we, among other things, also have a food menu, hold classes and events (public or private), do catering, and gifts, and sell wine and beer to go.

I cannot say enough good things about Peacock Wine Bar. After visiting with a friend I decided to host my daughter’s bridal shower there and I’m so glad I did. They were so welcoming and accommodating. The food is delicious and they have a great selection of wines. Shea (sp?) was our hostess and she was amazing. She had a nice area reserved for us, a sign for the gift table, games and water all ready. She even came out to greet us. She was so attentive and really made sure we had a great time. What’s your signature dish?
Definitely our Charcuterie Boards and Spreads. We also have the cutest Wine Glass Chuteries!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
It's relatively easy if you just listen to what your clients want. We have an initial consultation by email and then if the client is further interested, we schedule a time for them to come in so we can get to know their preferences and requests.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that I can use my creativity in more than just DIY projects. I can create beautiful works of art with food. I also love exceeding my client's expectations and ensuring they are getting what they want and need.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I realized the need for something different in the Town of Gilbert and went for it. I really just wanted to make a difference. It has brought me great joy and I am excited to continue expanding the food side of our Wine Bar.
Why should our clients choose you?
We work hard to ensure our clients are receiving the best quality food and service. We are in the hospitality business because we love what we do.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We always keep a clean environment and always use gloves. We are happy to wear a mask or take any other precautions that our clients request.
Private Events
We are able to hold private events for up to 65 people and have several options to fit your individual needs and budget. Some popular events are bridal showers, bachelorette parties, birthdays, wedding parties, business meetings, and seminars!
Catering
Catering services are available. Most of our food is handheld small bites. Catering platters or large spreads are the most popular with other types of party platters and large salads available as well.
