I am a old man and don't know to much about computers today I woke up and my computer was not turning on ! I call pc and web pros and they send a very knowledgeable technician he explain to me that my power supply was burned he replaced the piece and even fix my wall outlet . ...:) he check my computer and help me to install antivirus and thought me how to write emails and communicate with my grandkids by skype. When I first started getting familiar with computers I did a lot of messy things to my computer. I looked around for a business that could help me fix the errors I created. I decided on pc and web pros. and was so happy with my choice. The first time using pc and web pros business was a wonderful experience as well as affordable. He helped me all the way through the repair, it took the tech two days of continuous work but he did it without complaint. I keep calling then since the first time which was in 2010. I thought I knew a lot about computers after years of functioning as my own small business IT department. But when I needed outside help I took a chance and hired IT professionals. I AM SO GLAD I CALLED THEM. I watched and learned while the Computer Guru, Marcus, fixed my problem. And proceeded to diagnose AND FIX several other hidden issues. He did it with style and excellent explanations [provided at my request, so I could learn]. My major computer problem is now resolved, my computer is running like new, and I received the knowledge I needed to prevent future issues from recurring.
