Raquel is the best!!! She has been so solid, reliable, professional and just have a pure heart of gold. We love her services she offers, especially dog poop/yard cleanup She comes over twice a month while we are at work and let's the dogs play outside while she is here. She always brings them (all 5 of them) treats when she comes! Raquel checked in on my cat Cass for 9 days while my boyfriend and I were out of town - I'll never go to another pet sitter again! We had a great introduction meeting, and I felt instant trust in her. Throughout my trip I received daily updates via the Time to Pet app, along with her Instagram stories. It made my day being able to see my little Cass getting love and pets. Raquel also took care of my plants, and even had my neighbors back when she noticed packages sitting on the front porch too long. She is a wonderful person, and pet sitter. Raquel was amazing with our energetic Frenchie. She provides activity updates such as playing, eating, drinking and eliminations through email and documents playtime on her social media stories so we knew the level of interaction our little guy experienced. Raquel has watched my 7 month old puppy a couple times now! I love her, she has so much passion for what she does and you can see it within the first time of meeting her! During the pet sitting or service you get with her, she posts pictures frequently on her Instagram or even her app! To pay and even to request services is very easy and convenient! Not to mention she is always easy to get a hold of, and request last minute services! I will not let anyone else take care of my dog besides Raquel! I stumbled upon Pawnda Care due to a business card being left at my vet's office. I checked out their website and was thoroughly impressed by how well it was put together. Getting a quote was super easy via Yelp and Raquel was incredibly quick in responding.Pawnda Care may cost a little more than some other local pet sitters if you have more than one dog, but the price is reasonable as she provides quality work. My boyfriend and I have only been utilizing Raquel's sitter services for a week but we love her! Raquel is super responsive to messages, takes great picture and video updates of our furkids, and sends us a detailed report at the end of each visit with even more photos.I don't know how she manages to do it all within a 45 minute scheduled drop-in visit, but it is impressive. Raquel is truly an amazing pet sitter.  My pets have had the privilege of being cared for by her multiple times, and it has always been a great experience. She was very comfortable with my cat & dogs, and seems to have a way with animals in general. She is very professional and conscientious. She communicates well. She sent me lots of wonderful photos and wrote up a detailed report for every visit! I felt so comfortable being gone that my fur babies were happy and in good hands! She even went above and beyond a couple times when they had accidents or made unexpected messes, to let me know about it, and cleaned up after them! She even spent extra time than I paid for sometimes to make sure they weren't missing us too much! I couldn't recommend her more! She is awesome! And she offers such a great variety of services! I usually don't review but Raquel is so good with all animals I felt I had to!. She is the go to pet sitter in Sacramento! She is trustworthy to be in your house alone to pick up your animals for a quick walk or to pick up waste or just to give them some love and food while your away. I recommend her to everyone! Not every pet sitter is created equal. I must admit, I have problem pets. My shepherd mix is a ball of energy and anxiety and my cat tries to kill any guest that comes through the door. I met Raquel when she worked as a veterinary technician at a vet hospital and she's been the ONLY person that can handle my animals. Recently I was out of town for 9 days and if I had boarded the shepherd, Odie, he would have been extremely stressed out, and Tonks, the cat, would have gouged out the eyes of anyone at the boarding facility that came near her. Raquel came to my house several times a day to walk Odie and play with him in the yard, as well as just love on him. Tonks, as expected, tried day in and day out to kill Raquel, and I suggested using a squirt bottle or locking her in one room of the house for safety reasons. Instead, Raquel refused and worked extremely hard to use positive reinforcement to make Tonks trust her, which just speaks volumes as to what kind of person she is. I ended up getting pictures of them SNUGGLING (what?!?!) throughout my trip. All of this and she saved us hundreds of dollars in boarding fees over the holidays, and my animals enjoyed it so much that they were almost bummed when I got home. Don't go anywhere else. Raquel is THE BEST.  She is like a total animal whisperer.  I adopted one of her foster/rescues (she got this puppy when it was 1 day old - I adopted it when it was 3 months old), which is how I met her.  Now she is the only pet sitter I would ever consider.  I have watched her foster a number of helpless critters and literally will them to live with her veterinary expertise and her huge heart.  The @pawndacare Instagram account is awesome to follow too, if you like adorable photos and videos of dogs and cats and rescue critters!  :)  I highly recommend Pawnda Care!!! I will never trust my pets (we have 1 dog and 1 cat) to anyone else! Lizz is so amazing. She puts so much love into what she does it radiates and animals are just drawn in.
