I cannot recommend Paulette Project enough! They catered our wedding on 1/13/24 and they were great from the get go. They were very responsive, flexible on food, helpful with the planning process, worked with our budget, and the food was absolutely great! I had Paulette Project catered at my wedding and it was absolutely incredible!! We had the Italian menu with a few appetizers and everything was delicious! ! The staff was so friendly & I was really appreciative that they came to me, my husband, and bridal party for appetizers and food in between us taking pictures. We were so fortunate to have found Paulette Project! They were able to step in last minute for our wedding and they blew it out of the water. They catered our menu to a range of dietary needs and cooked up a fully-vegetarian spread that even our meat-eating friends still talk about (positively and without prompting!). I had spoken to Pam about catering my wedding November 11,2023. I told her the location and requirements of the venue. She assured me that wouldn’t be an issue, nor the distance they would have to travel to cater my wedding. Signed a contract in July of 2022. Fast forward 6 months and I get an email saying they could no longer cater my wedding. That the distance is too far and the venue requirements would cost too much money. Understandable. What Isn’t understandable is the 6 months it took them to reach out to me to tell me this. Not only that, but I feel like when you’re delivering such news, it’s only professional to deliver that via a phone call. Not an email. I asked why it took 6 months and they said the venue told them they couldn’t apply until January which I know for a fact isn’t the case as my DJ got approved prior to them no problems. I wouldn’t recommend them solely on how unprofessional they were about all of it. They refunded me my deposit, but I feel as though that was the least they could do considering. More...

Eric communicated thoughout the process, was always friendly and answered every question. Day of, we felt extra spoiled as they went the extra mile to make sure everything was on point.
