Yesterday, I was surprised at work by a delivery of the most gorgeous arrangement - truly stunning.  My wonderful boyfriend ordered an arrangement that came with a beautifully wrapped box of chocolates and Paul Wood even included a dahlia at his request because he knows they're one of my favorite flowers.  The fragrance of these is just out of this world and my coworkers have commented that the hallway even smells wonderful.  This arrangement has received oohs and aahs from many.  The stargazer lilies are just breathtaking- they are about the size of my outstretched hand (out to my fingertips)!  I am so in love with this arrangement.  There are several buds as well so I will get to enjoy them as they open up, and continue to brighten up my workspace with their beauty. My boyfriend commented on how much bigger and beautiful the arrangement appeared in person vs. the photo/description online.  I have always been impressed with the artistry and talent at this florist and this certainly continues to raise the bar. I cannot say enough about how wonderfully our flowers turned out! We had a ceremony on a cruise and ended up using silk flowers that everyone thought were real. Sue did an amazing job researching silk flower vendors to find incrediably realistic looking flowers. She also packed them to be shipped across country during the winter and they came out perfect. Sue made sure we had everything we needed for the ceremony as you can't run to the corner store when you are in the middle of the ocean. We also had a reception at a brewery in Fort Collins that Sue designed center pieces. The flowers fit the brewery perfectly, We mentioned we wanted an array of colors, but wanted to also include colors from the silk arrangements; Sue and her team found the perfect combination and exceeded our expectations while staying within our budget. Ordered online for Mother’s Day delivery all the way up by Horsetooth Reservoir. The flowers were actually better than the photos online and the driver went above and beyond to leave them in a safe spot (from the deer). 10/10 would recommend.

We received a centerpiece on Friday, and for some reason, it didn’t look good, and by the 3rd day it looked dead. We called to let them know without having any expectations. We figured if that was our business, we would like to know. On Wednesday morning, a beautiful centerpiece, fresh and lovely was delivered to our house. As I said, we only called to let them know, and never asked for a replacement. I really appreciate their kindness and the way we were treated on the phone, no question asked. There is always a risk ordering flowers long distance.  I'm in Detroit and my wife is visiting our son in Fort Collins over her birthday.  I called Paul Wood Florist and described what I wanted, delivered for her birthday.  They assured me that the arrangement would be beautiful and delivered on time.  They knocked it out of the park!  If I could rate the Paul Wood Florist with 10 stars, I would do it.  These guys rock!!!  I've never used them before but I can assure you that I will never use anyone else in the Fort Collins area. We worked with Sue for our wedding and she blew us away. She was accomadating to our schedule on our wedding day, budget, and type of glassware for our flowers. Not only were the flowers more beautiful than we could have imagined, they were all in impeccable condition, cut at the height of their bloom, but Sue also delivered the bridal bouquets directly to where we got ready and arranged the centerpieces on site for our venue. My husband sent me a wonderful bouquet for our 18th anniversary and was rather specific about both the flowers and the timing of the delivery as I tend to sleep in on Saturdays, while he works a double. Everything was perfect the flowers are gorgeous, some are still to bloom, the delivery man was so sweet and polite giving my time to clam my protective dogs. I used Paul Wood for my wedding (before I even got into the wedding business) and worked with Sue. I knew instantly that I wanted to work with her because she just got my vision. Her work is amazing and she knows her stuff. She provided so many beautiful blooms and even went above and beyond and put lace on our vases and jars to match the bouquets without me asking her to! Now that I'm in the wedding business and hear my brides say they're working with Sue I always get excited for them and tell them they're in great hands! This review is long overdue! Paul wood has been doing all events in my family for years and this past one was my wedding last September. Sue always goes above and beyond and this time she certainly did as well! I trust her so much that I didn't give her much to go on and just told her to use her talent and creativity.
