Paul is not only an expert in nutrition but he also specializes in fitness. He customizes his plans based around your goals in an achievable and realistic way. He really understands that fitness and nutrition are not only physical goals but mental as well; he expects discipline and consistency but always with his support. Paul promotes safely working out by initially focusing on form. As the weeks progress you begin to trust the process as you become stronger and more confident through his guidance. As for the nutrition side of his plan, his intentions are to retrain your body and mind on how to eat clean but still enjoy food. The food plans are restrictive on the weekdays but this is to teach you discipline. If you have questions about substitutions regarding foods he will provide you with the knowledge, but always ask first. If you are willing to work with him he will be willing to work with you. Consistency and discipline are keys for his program if you’re one to make excuses and wont follow through; then don’t go with him. He does not want his time wasted as much as you don’t want yours wasted. Overall, if you are willing to make the sacrifices and follow his guidance, trust his expertise, and remain disciplined, Paul is the coach for you.
