I ordered ahead for a Mother's day bouquet to be delivered at Wakeland High School to my loved one. The bouquet was STUNNING. Totally exceeded my expectations. I told them her favorite colors & what her style is like, and down to the vase it was simply exceptional. I've also used them in the past and had good experiences. Please ignore the negative reviews. I popped in to Patti's to get a bouquet for my SO and was very happy with not only the flowers but also the level of service I received. My SO said they were the most beautiful flowers she has seen! They have a good selection of arrangements and other plants ready to go! They will also customize an arrangement for you and they do a phenomenal job! I will be back often!Update: I have been in Patti Ann’s three times now and every time I receive the same excellent level of service and the arrangements are always beautiful! They have great customer service. They came through when the original flower shop dropped the ball in delivering flowers to me on Valentine's Day and never got them. They picked up right away and had some delivered the next day, however, I was so let down because I didn't receive them in Valentine's Day from the original shop but then got some from this place but they were not up to pat. Half of them were wilted and dying. So I reached out to them via email with my concerns with pictures of the flowers. They immediately jumped on it and made it right by sending out a new arrangement when they got their next shipment of flowers. Wow...I was so impressed today. Even better than the original ones they delivered on Thursday. I will definitely order from here for any other future orders. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Caryl & Mark and their wedding designer, Laura. We wanted to hire all small business owners for our wedding vendors and Patti Ann’s was amazing! It took me so long to decide on a florist for my wedding. Since my venue was the Dallas Arboretum, I wanted my wedding flowers to be organic yet elegant. I also love tulips and Laura was the first to listen to me and use tulips… Apparently tulips are very difficult since they’re such a delicate flower. They were also very realistic with me, recommending what would look best, etc. My original quote had to be modified quite a bit, as we added more and more flowers. They were super fair about communicating price changes too, I’ve heard sometimes wedding florists quote low, then increase steeply. I ordered flowers over a week ago and I am writing this review at 7:30 PM after 3 phone calls asking where my flowers are for my wife and 7 year old daughter, starting at 4:30 PM. I received my flowers at 8:30 PM. I wrote a 2-Star review to reflect my dissatisfaction. 3 Days later the owner called me and apologized and took full responsibility. He offered to refund my delivery fee as well. For the simple fact he called me to apologize, I have changed my review to a 4-star. I'll be ordering from him next year and get a 5-star review. I came to Patti Ann's on a whim with an impulsive purchase for my wife during the week of Mother's Day. The staff was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. I am from out of town and vistied Frisco for my first time for a family friend's funeral. Several of the friends were unfamiliar with the area especailly when looking for a nearby florist. With the help of the internet we found Patti Ann's. Patti Ann's employees were very sympathetic and assured me that they could eliminate my stress by delivering ALL of the flowers to the funeral home. The employees listened to what colors we wanted and about the ratio to greenery and truly brought it into reality. My friends were very impressed with the arrangements we picked out. Patti Anns Flowers is a beautiful shop full of a variety of selection. I had asked for a bouquet of flowers for my mother for her birthday. They were polite and very helpful.
