I would highly recommend Patriot Roofing. Patriot Roofing completed a full replacement for our asphalt roof a few days ago. The process was very quick and efficient, from ordering the shingles in the desired color, quickly scheduling an installation date, delivering the supplies, and completing the roof installation soon after. The workers were very hard-working and dedicated, and they left the job-site very clean and also did not trample any of my little plants. The owners of the business are very helpful and responsive and have answered so many questions that I have asked. It is clear that customer satisfaction is a very high priority for the business. The price for the roof replacement was similar to quotes from other reputable/highly-ranked companies, but what makes Patriot Roofing stand out is that they offer a warranty on the installation and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. For first-time homeowners, this gives us a lot of peace of mind to not only have the manufacturer's warranty on the product but also to have the installer's lifetime warranty on the workmanship. Patriot Roofing should be your number one choice for replacing a roof due to their superior customer service, the quality of the roofing installations, and their high standards for their company reputation. Compared to most contactors I have dealt with, Todd and Spencer stood out through their dedication to upholding their reputation and ensuring the customer was happy with their high quality of work. After inspecting my roof following hail damage, Spencer provided the most detailed report out of three roofing contractors I had look at my roof. I was almost most impressed with the Patriot Roofing contact compared to what the other two submitted. When the roofing supplies were dropped off my driveway was damaged; however, Todd assured me he would make it right and he did. The new roof looks great and they cleaned up the house before departing. Patriot Roofing demonstrated their dedication to upholding their high standard and reputation compared to only looking to make a quick buck and moving on. If I ever need a new roof they will be who I contact and I highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a roofing contractor. More...

I had been having problems with my roof leaking into the Master Bathroom and the wall in the Bed Room. So I called a roofing company in the later part of August 1918. They came by to fix it, but I decided to wait till the next rain before I had any repairs done on the inside. Well the rain came in February of 1919 and the water was still coming in. I called the roofing company back and they went up on the roof to fix it, supposedly fixed it. Well it rained again for the 3rd time and no answer so then I decided to go with another company so I used **** *******, the company they recommended called me said they had been doing this for years. Then went to BBB to see what there rating was and I found out they had only been in business for 1 yr. I did not use them, then all of a sudden I had some companies popped up, one being Patriot Roofing. I call three to give me estimates. The other 2 gave me their estimates. When Spencer from Patriot Roofing came, I tried to show him where the leak was but he insisted on going on top of the roof to check the whole roof. I kept telling him the leak was by the back patio in the Master Bath. Well he inspected all of the roof came back down and told me I had wind damage. He asked me if the adjusted walked the whole roof and I told him no. He asked me to set up an appointment with the Adjuster to come back and look at all the roof. The Adjuster came back and agreed with Patriot Roofing that I had wind damage. I was very impressed with them because the other 2 companies that gave me an estimate never bother to check all of my roof, not even the Adjuster. They not only did a great job replacing my roof, but about 2 weeks later Spence came back for the 2nd time to walk the roof and make sure everything was good, he also took pictures. More...

Todd and Spencer at Patriot Roofing were quick to respond when initially requesting someone to come out to provide a free quote. Spencer did very well at following up, answering questions, and working with us when deciding to choose a company which made it very easy to want to work with his business. My roof was just shy of 2 years old when a leak appeared above the master. Turns out there was a small issue near the chimney. Patriot came out inspected the roof and made immediate repairs both inside and out. There was no obfuscation or shirking or argument about the cause. As a new senior customer I cannot express how much I've been pleased with the overall professional work from the entire team of Patriot Roofing. Upon my free estimate visit with one of the owner's Spencer C****, I was very impressed with his knowledge regarding all the mistakes he found with my roof. My roof was not even 10 years.old and had passed inspection in which it shouldn't have according to Mr. C****. I requested pictures of my roof so that I could follow through with a complaint to the city inspector. He was very helpful and readily available regarding my complaint. As I asked questions about repairs to the rotted fashia etc that were not covered by insurance, I asked Mr. C**** for a cost and found his quote fair and reasonable. Not only did the team provide quality work with my new roof..... I gained the honesty of 2 employees who are owners and able to help seniors like me with construction work to our home. Mr. Todd was so helpful and put me at ease when I Called him to let him know the check submitted for payment to Patriot Roofing was on hold because I forgot to sign the check as I rushed back to the bank....... because these are truly special individuals who are christians like me I highly recommend them. I will continue to give them my business because I trust their workmanship And lastly it is unlikely that Mr Spencer C**** whose out in the field (doing estimates) was up on my roof doing the same job as the rest of the workers was most impressive to me truly a humble person not just because he is a boss but because he is equal as a team member along with MrTodd the other owner. 10 stars to Patriot Roofing! Patriot Roofing saved the day! I had a contract with another company that had been lingering for over a year with very little progress. The Patriot crew came in and within three days, a plan was devised, schedule in place, and my roof was complete! This was a huge job and the other company sent too small of a crew to be effective. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an honest, caring, efficient, and productive roofing company! I had a great experience with both Todd and Spencer when I needed my roof replaced ASAP. The best part of my experience was that they were able to provide exceptional work on a short time frame. Plus, I purchased my home before the roof was fixed because the previous owner could not find anyone to do the job before we closed. Therefore, I had a roof allowance not an insurance claim which limited the price I was able to pay. Todd and Spencer stayed very close to the allowance so my out of pocket expense was much lower than any other company was willing to quote. They were also able to schedule the job within 3 weeks. They were very willing to work within my particular parameters. I am very happy with their work. The roof looks beautiful and has their warranty. Working with Patriot Roofing was such a positive experience that I am confident to recommend them to friends.
