Hello, I’m Eric Schuda, Founder and Personal Trainer of Patriot Personal Training. I am on a mission to help make your life healthier and more active.

I work with numerous individuals who are looking to shed pounds and build muscle. Whether you’re a high school athlete looking to get into shape for the upcoming season, an empty-nester looking to take some time for yourself or anything in between, I am here to help.

I like to get to know each of my clients individual goals -- both large and small. Together, we prioritize them and focus on each small step at a time.

Consistency is key. The combination of nutrition, fitness, sleep, and overall wellness can help you become the best version of yourself.

I love being able to celebrate with my clients -- coming off medications, lifting more weights, losing weight or hitting other personal goals.

I wanted to be able to help people reach their fitness goals while remaining reasonably priced and honoring our Veterans and Active Duty Military.

I strive to help each of my clients reach their personal fitness goals. All the while we work together to become or maintain a well-rounded lifestyle.

Yes, I provide two types of online training -
1) I write you 3 workouts a week, we have a check-in once or twice a month, and communicate consistently.
2) We can set your trainings for a certain day/time and do your them over Facetime or Zoom.

Expanded my virtual trainings to ensure the safety of all my clients.

As a NASM certified personal trainer, Eric takes health and wellness seriously. Eric will help you lose weight and gain muscle and along the way, have some fun. Join Eric for your one on one personal training session. Eric will help you reach your goals - whether it is weight loss and/or building muscle. Eric can help you reach your full potential! Both half-hour and 1-hour sessions are available.

Don't have the budget or motivation to train on your own? Join one of our boot camps! With a maximum of 6 people in the group, you will be encouraged to become the best version of yourself while making friends! All boot camps are 8-week sessions.

Join Eric, a certified stretch therapist, for your half-hour or 1-hour stretch therapy session.

Stretching can improve your total body health and wellness in areas such as:
Mobility, Flexibility, Relieve Stiffness, Proactive Injury Prevention, Faster Recovery, Acute & Chronic Pain, & Increase Blood Circulation

Cupping is decompression of the skin and muscle tissue to help the muscles and fascia release tensions to help you move and feel better.
The Benefits of Cupping are:
Increases circulation, releases toxins in the tissues, & reduces anxiety.

Flossing is compression of the skin and muscle to allow the muscles and fascia to relax and move more freely.
The benefits of Flossing are:
Increase mobility accelerates recovery, & decreases pain
