Best decision ever to use Patriot Dog Training to help train our rescue pup. On leash walks were becoming increasingly more difficult as our dog became more and more distracted and a bit aggressive towards other dogs. Lots of jumping, excited behavior and no real understanding of his boundaries in our home. While it is a financial commitment it was money well spent for our family. After 4 weeks of training we brought home a much more well behaved and easy to manage dog. Walks are so much more enjoyable as we continue to work on our training and commands while we are out and about. Our pup always know now where he can go in our house with an easy “place” command and getting him in his crate when we either leave the house or have him go to bed is as simple as “home”…..(we would have to carry or pull him to his crate before). Erica was awesome to coordinate and follow up with and Benito has a very calm and methodical approach to teaching the dogs how to behave. Being witness to the differences I’ve seen in my dog, it’s a no-brainer for anyone considering a dog training service! More...

Looking for a place to train your dog- then look no further. The staff and facilities at Patriot Dog Training are first rate. They took my yourg Morkie puppy - not quite 12 weeks old and worked hard with him in the residential training program. Through their patience and training methods he is crate trained, can sit and heel and go down on command and is getting better day by day. They are always there to answer questions and they truly care about the animals under their care. I will definitely use them for future boarding needs and most strongly recommend them! More...

I have a new rescue puppy and wanted to begin socializing her with other dogs. On the recommendation of Harmony Canines I took Forchiss to Patriot Dog training for doggy day care. They have a wonderful, clean and orderly facility, convenient online booking, and the staff was knowledgeable and caring. They are on a completely different level of professionalism and skill than several outfits I tried in the past for my Jack Russells. I will be hiring their services for training as well as boarding. Tex and I started training 3 months ago. The first day I brought him in I was a frustersted dog owner. I thought he was unattainable and was desperate. Since working with Benito and his staff I have a whole new dog. My relationship with my pup had improved so much. He's happy, I'm happy, we can go places and I'm not playing tug o war with his leash. What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy seeing the differences we make in not only the lives of our owners pups but the relationship that they have afterwards.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I served in the Navy as a handler and trainer so i knew id want to continue doing something in that capacity. After working with a couple owners I knew that I could positively impact the live of many more familys.
Why should our clients choose you?
Ive been doing this for 20 years now to include being a dog handler/trainer for SEAL Team 6 training some of the most advanced dogs. I would say I absolutely know dogs and can help with pretty much any situation.

All work must be done woth the owners in person. This is how I get the bedt results.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I would say our facility is one of the cleanest but thats not because of covid. Its just our standard.
Board and Train
Your pup comes to our facility and is trained over a period of 3-6 weeks. Some owners elect long but 3-6 is normal.
During this time your pup is immersed in our program that focuses on foundation first, then distractions.
This is done through thousands of repetitions to make sure that your pup is thoroughly trained before moving to harder scenarios.
After your pup is finished with their “mini bootcamp” we will then train the owner through a series of private lessons.
