As a Professional Personal Trainer and Specialist in Sports Nutrition, my passion is to help people know their bodies and help them create a new perspective of what exercise and a healthy diet can do to their bodies. While also helping their minds reset, and start a new healthy chapter in their lives, full of energy and healthy living in a healthy mind.
What inspired you to start your own business?
just imagine what you are capable of achieving too. Never ever is too late to invest in your body and health, try it !! You will be amazed at how your body can transform with improvement in your health and fitness level.
I've been helping clients in the Plainview and Oakdale Long Island area in New York since 2018. They can tell you that they feel more energetic and stronger than before. They also are learning to know their bodies and listen to their necessities; exercising and eating healthy.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I’ll make you feel safe and secure, wearing a mask, keeping distance and clean before and after the equipment we used every session. I’ll provide for you the mask and gloves if that makes you feel comfortable and safe.
