About

Picking a counselor can be a intimidating process! I completely get it. One of the most important aspects of finding the right fit includes "clicking" with your counselor. So, how do you know it’s the right fit?
I believe I can help you! I provide a safe and honoring space for clients. I have provided care for clients in a variety of areas. I am willing to assist you no matter what it going on in your life. My goal is to collaborate with you so that you feel empowered to overcome your obstacles, find peace and achieve your goals.

Areas I am well-versed in include anxiety and depression, panic, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence and several other areas. I have experience working with individuals, family’s and couples while also having experience with group counseling.

What you can expect working with me as your therapist: Our first phone call will be a free consultation to discuss what you'd like to achieve and discuss in counseling. We will schedule our first appointment (virtually during COVID to protect the health and wellbeing of clients). I welcome the opportunity to answer any questions you may have!

A little about my background: I received my Bachelors in Psychology from George Mason University and Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University. I have been working in the counseling field for over 4 years and have my license to practice in the state of Arizona. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor as well as a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor. In my free time I enjoy running outdoors, coffee and spending time with my family.
