What do you love most about your job?
I love facilitating change in the lives of my clients. Many come to my services with no idea of how to get on the other side of whatever the challenge is that has caused a block in their life energies. As we work through the obstacles and/or create new and different pathways, the outcomes are nothing short of gratifying.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Actually, I have been asked by many of my previous clients and colleagues from companies and organizations in which I've worked or contracted, to either write a book, or start a business offering either counseling, workshops, trainings or all three, to individuals seeking to identify their life purpose, navigate career success, or just overcoming some difficult roadblocks along their way. My ability to draw out and stimulate human potential has proven to be a special gifting from which many of clients have profited.

I am knowledgeable, insightful, caring and dedicated to the success of my clients. I offer several different approaches to situations and challenges and I am not afraid to assist my clients in exploring that "good fit" that works for them. I am aware that one size does not fit all. I promote resilience and flexibility.
Therapist
I am a State licensed therapist. I maintain a private practice in Lakewood, Washington. I use short term, mindfulness based, cognitive behavioral, and solution focused frameworks, as well as intensive, insight-oriented approaches in treating a variety of concerns.
Life Coach
As your life coach, we will analyze your current situation, identify limiting beliefs and potential challenges and obstacles you face. We will devise a custom plan of action together and design a process that will help you achieve specific outcomes in your life. We will focus on fostering accountability to increase productivity.
I offer customized premium packages designed to assist with your ability to see your goal clearly and start executing it toward achievement.
Counselor
I am a Certified Tele-Health Counselor and I maintain a private practice in Lakewood, Washington. I am faith based and secular oriented to provide career and personal life counseling focused around your ability to take more effective and focused action toward your growth potential.
