What do you love most about your job?
I love helping women transform their lives. I witness women feeling so disempoereed to living a life filled with purpose, passion, and fulfillment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I became disillusioned with generic models of helping women so I developed the Pathway Process of Life Coaching and opened my business.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have been trained in the Deep Coaching method which enables me to help women explore the internal barriers that are keeping them from living the life they so desire. Once they are brought to the surface and dealt with then true transformation can occur.
This approach differs from solely goal-oriented coaching.

Yes, I can provide life coaching services online and I also have an online self-directed life coaching program that can be purchased.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am vaccinated and the cleaning service at my office follows COVID guidelines.
Life Coaching
Life Coaching Sessions are 1 hour. A minimum of 4 sessions once a week is recommended. Sessions are provided through Zoom or face-to-face in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Clients are enrolled in a client portal where customized life coaching exercises and assessments are stored. Responses to the exercises and assessments serve as talking points throughout the session.
