Jody is absolutely amazing. I did the 12 week program with her and I can honestly say I have become the person I always wished/never thought I could be. She is truly gifted in life coaching, she knows exactly what to ask you/teach you in order for you to depend on yourself, trust yourself, love yourself, and accomplish what you want in life. Her method is different that any other counselor/therapist. She teaches you that the answers you are looking for are within you, giving you tools to achieve what you REALLY want, and how to get there. Once the program is up you feel ready to take on the world. The atmosphere is a very kind, none judgmental, productive, and acknowledging one. I always left her office feeling excited for my future! I cannot imagine where I would be today without her. Jody is great! My experience with Jody has been absolutely life changing. We have been able to accomplish in only 8 weeks what YEARS of therapy could not do. She is professional and kind. Jody McCrain is a confident and professional Life Coach, who makes people feel comfortable right away. The thing that differentiates Jody in Life Coaching practice VS. counseling or psychiatry is that she is able to look "forward", rather than "backward" with people who are looking for ways to get unstuck in life, business, relationships, health, etc. Also, Jody has all the certifications and continuing education to be able to call herself a "Life Coach." My first meeting with Jody was a free consultation really just to get to know her business and to make a professional contact for business referral.  I had no intention of delving into coaching with her as I didn't feel I had anything needing 'coaching' in my life.  Wow was I wrong.  Jody is amazing at helping you define your life goals (which you think you have defined until you meet with her), and then highlighting the obstacles getting in the way of achieving them.  She is great at helping you navigate your own thought processes to come to workable ideas/solutions that are not overwhelming or (more importantly) biased in any way.  I definitely plan to continue to consult with her on a regular basis.
