Party Rentals R Us you literally are an event saver !!!! We had a dedication event and had ordered 100 chairs from a different company. - when their chairs came they were all brown and rusted - our event was in 9 hours!!! I called Party Rentals R Us and a wonderful women answered (actually spoke to a person !!) she helped us right away and we got our chair delivery two hours later !!! They were clean and perfect. They are great! We ordered a bouncy house for this past Saturday, they dropped it off and set it up the day before. And picked it up then day after the party. We were only charged for the one day! I've dealt with another party rental company and I can truly say party rentals r us is top notch. Their website makes it easy to see the pricing and even book right on it. I rented a bounce house for a graduation party. It was a very busy weekend so I was asked if they could drop it off a day early. We didn’t see any harm and they were extremely polite. So I agreed. It was dropped off on a Friday. They also said they would not pick it up till Sunday. I was concerned bounce house may kill my grass , but the owner Andre said that would not kill the grass and if it did he would have it corrected. PS: the grass was fine. I rented a tent, bounce house & cotton candy machine from Party Rentals R Us, and could not be happier with their service. Over the course of a few weeks, I had sent at least a dozen emails with tons of questions that were answered right away. They came within the given time frame and set the equipment up quickly and neatly. Order a bouncy combo house last minute from them literally the day before our party and they delivered it on time! They have a big selection of bouncy houses and other carnival items to rent. Prices are reasonable. The guys who came to set up were friendly and the bouncy house was very clean. I didn't have a hairdresser after 20+ years of having the same guy. So I had a less than adequate hair cut and color by someone who had many years of experience even though it didn't seem like it once I got In her chair! !! She was rude also. However I spoke with Joanie the owner....i was pleasantly surprised by her kindness and willingness to bring my hair back to life!!! She's the best!!! I look forward to getting my hair done again by her also I was very impressed with her beautiful daughter as I saw the quality of her work also. I look forward to exploring the rest of the spa.
