What’s your signature dish?
Customers love us for our famous fried chicken, delicous baked roasted potatoes with parmesan, our tasty funnel cake with the perfect touch of powdered sugar and our refreshing fruit lemonade.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I will provide customers with menu choices to choose from but customers are also allowed to make customized menu options to their liking.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to satisfy my customers by providing great tasting food to their liking and the thought of taking a load of their shoulders makes me excited.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always loved providing for others. It brings me joy to make others happy, so if I can do that through great food and great customer service than that makes me happy.

I am very passoniate at what I do. I strive for the best when it comes to planning and servicing my customers. I would do my very best to please my customers and give them great service and great food.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The same protocol I've followed before covid is what I follow now. Always keep a clean cooking enviornment. Wash your hands constantly. Santize. No cross contamination. Everything is prepped, and cooked in a clean enviornment. Wear gloves when needed.
