we had Elsa and Anna come to our daughters 3rd birthday this weekend. the princesses were fantastic! they were in character the entire time and really worked to keep the kids involved. their attire/costumes were beautiful! they did story time, sang songs and had a dance party. the kids LOVED face painting time and the icing on the cake was having them sing happy birthday to our daughter. what a fantastic experience. thank you for making the day so special. will definitely be a hard act to follow for next year. Cinderella (Christy) came to our 4 year old’s party and was amazing. She followed my child’s lead and was a best friend for the party. She read stories, did face paint, and danced with the kids. She stayed in character the whole time. I would highly recommend their services. It made the party easy, magical and fun. I scheduled a princess for 3 pm, had a couple of confirmation emails from Michelle. Two day prior the event I got an email that princess will be at 4, after emailing back and forth I was told that she will be there at 3. 30. At the end princess came a 4.30. Michelle said it must’ve been a glitch (not sure what kinda glitch if they use a google calendar), but princess didn’t even know that she supposed to be at our party at 3.30 and not at 4, also she was late because she had an extension on the previous event. Overall princess was ok, but kids were already tired by the time she came. I haven’t heard any apology or didn’t receive any refund, so basically I paid for scheduling $130 and they couldn’t even schedule it correctly. In addition be aware that you pay $85 by cash or PayPal to the princess directly, no receipt or any confirmation. Oh.. Michelle also mentioned that I could’ve cancel it.. yeah right..two day before the party.. nice More...

“Spider girl” came to my house this weekend when my mom paid for Spider-Man. Instead of letting my mom know that covid struck Spider-Man, the person in charge took it upon themselves to send a girl. The kids immediately saw her hair sticking out and heard her voice and knew it wasn’t Spider-Man (among other issues). The owner was very upset with my mom for leaving a negative review below and sent her an aggressive email, but my mom’s review was the honest truth and if I was researching companies, I would want to know. we had spider-man come to my sons 2nd birthday party we were a little disappointed it was not the traditional spider-man (red and blue). if was the black and red one. pictures on the sites showed the traditional one and that what we wanted. also he wore sneakers a lot of the kids pointed out he wasn’t the real spider-man because spider-man doesn’t wear sneakers. my son did really take to him because he didn’t look like the spidey he watches on the cartoon i think if he was the red and blue one he would have took to him. but the guy who played him was great was really great with the kids did everything we asked and even bowled with them. super nice guy all in all was a good time just disappointed it was the wrong spider-man. wish i had known would have found someone who offered the original spider-man because that’s the one my son knows. Elsa (Hailey) came to celebrate our daughter’s 4th birthday party today. She was amazing!! She kept the kids thoroughly entertained the entire time. She read them stories, danced, sang, and did beautiful face painting. Our guests were wearing masks and she improvised by painting crowns on their forehead or doing a painting on their hands. Hailey did a FANTASTIC job as Elsa at our daughter's 3rd birthday party! We couldn't have been more thrilled with how it worked out and with what an awesome job she did. She managed to keep 12 three year old girls completely happy and engaged for 45 minutes, a near impossible task. She read Frozen stories, sang songs, and led them in games and dancing. They were in heaven. She took pictures with each girl and then helped blow out the candles and sing. She did her best to comfortably get all the kids involved, even those that were shy at first, which I really appreciated. She was lovely and professional the entire time. She was prompt to the minute! She was easy to communicate and work with. And even with the added complication of Covid and mask-wearing she handled that gracefully and was understanding. I highly recommend her and Boston Characters, they really made the party memorable, and made it stress-free for us parents! More...

We had the most wonderful time with Ariel (Hailey) at my daughters 4th Birthday. Ariel is super sweet and went ablve and beyond. She played games, sang songs, read a story, danced, did glitter tattoos, sang happy birthday with us, did a special princess coronation and gave my little princess her “official” princess crown.
