I rented tables and chairs here for my sons birthday. Reserved and paid for everything online. I initially reserved the chairs for pickup at 9am and noticed the store doesn't open at that time. The day before the party I called and inquired about the early timing to pick up the stuff..The man I talked to told me I could pick up the chairs/tables same day I called with no extra charge. Party fever is the BEST place for rentals .I did a huge party for 120 ppl and mubedi the owner did a fabulous job He left no stone unturned . From the canopies to chandeliers to chairs tables heaters plates forks spoons and linen . This is a very long overdue review for Party Fever. I just started to review companies that I've had the pleasure to work with as I see the importance of what a review can do for a business. So here it is, Kaninda and Abu are some of the friendliest people you will ever come across. I have had the pleasure of doing business with them for some time now. I have hired them 3 times already for my work events and each time they have arrived on time. this is a very long overdue post for party fever. i actually ran into mubedi setting up a jump house at a park in milpitas when i took my daughter to play there and got his business card. we ended up throwing my daughter's 2nd birthday party at that same park and i figured to reach out to party fever for a bounce house since i knew they did set up there already. i also reached out to a number of other competitors but party fever had the most competitive price for me. i also ended up ordering a large 10x20 canopy as well to provide shade for our guests and it looked great! they were on time and easy to work with and communicate with. i will definitely be back for rentals again in the future! Living in Milpitas there aren't any party stores around. Party Fever is a small store and there isn't a ton of supplies, however, all we needed they did have in stock. We needed some decorations and balloons for a surprise for a family member and needed the balloons blown up by the next day.  We made our purchases and ordered to pick up the balloons the next day.  My daughter grabbed the balloons for me and rushed home to decorate for a party occurring in a couple hours.  When she arrived I realized some of the balloons were missing.  Initially I was upset and realized I didn't have enough time to go get more.  I contacted the store and spoke with a woman who was very calm and courteous and after explaining the issue I'm sure she realized I was frustrated, she offered to deliver the balloons to me.  I was absolutely floored and had no idea that was something she would even suggest.  The balloons were delivered  to our home in less than an hour.  Party Fever will continue to receive our business and I am thankful they went above and beyond to remedy the issue. Party Fever did a great job for our event at KLA-Tencor Foundation's, American Heart Association Walk. They were very responsive, both in email and by phone. They gave a very competitive quote and won our business for this event and KT Foundation's future events.They made a delivery of a 3 color balloon arch and a dozen bouquets for our event.They were early for their delivery and helped with set up. I had help for serving and clean up from this vendor. Reasonable price and the communication was on point. I was able to provide instruction over phone so the helpers can get started early before my arrival. There were two persons..they dressed professionally and represented the company well. The store has lots party supplies. They are willing to go extra miles to help. My balloons accidentally popped and need the replacement right away. I called before the store is closing. I highly recommend this company for chair rentals. For our wedding, my husband and I were looking for a place to rent chairs for a 20 minute ceremony in San Jose Municipal Rose Garden. Another company was going to charge an absurd price just to drop the chairs off at the curb. We would've had to set them all up ourselves. Luckily my friend recommended Party Fever. They were amazing! They delivered, set up, and cleaned up about 32 chairs and didn't charge an arm and a leg. They made a big difference and it was one less thing to stress about on our big day. I first of wanted to thank Charlotte, who was so wonderful and helpful on the phone. She went the extra mile to track down white umbrellas for me to make my sister baby shower perfect. Came here looking for Gold Balloons since Target/Michael's were out of stock. While they did have them, the prices are a bit more expensive. I ended up buying black balloons because I wasn't really a fan of the shade of gold they had. I didn't want to be rude and walk in without buying anything, so bought black balloons. They lady at the front was very nice, but I can't really review anything else. The store is really tiny and they do have balloons for colleges/universities in the area (which is useful, especially if you have a friend/relative graduating in the Winter when Party City does not have grad balloons in stock vs. Grad season). However, because prices are a bit more expensive, I probably won't come here unless I need some specialty items (or everywhere is out of stock) More...

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would give them 5 stars. Charlotte and her team have been great at arranging for an event for us. Thanks guys!! Though we did not have a lot of time, these guys made a great effort to ensure everything was as per our liking. The supplies and rentals are affordable and in very good shape. I have tried other party rental stores in the past and can say that these guys are by far the best of the lot. They arrived on time and decorated the tables, chairs and balloons. FOR THE PEOPLE THAT LEFT 1 STAR BECAUSE THEIR BALLOONS DEFLATED!!!!!!!...What the heck people, you wanted them to still be up the following day?
