Steve could not have done a better job! I hired him as a bar tender but he did much more. When things got slow at the bar he began serving food. Karen was WONDERFUL!!! I called Party Butler two days before my event because I found them accidently on YELP looking for something else. I figured I couldn't go wrong after reading all those five star reviews. Steve called me back and said he could send someone, I wasn't sure he'd be able to since it was such short notice.  Karen called me a few hours before her arrival time just to check in. She showed up early for my event and totally took over. She wouldn't let me do anything  except tell her where things were.  She made the coffee, served drinks, helped get the food ready, cleared plates and did ALL the dishes. She even folded and stacked all the rental chairs. Needless to say, I couldn't be any happier. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the party and not have to clean up afterwards. Wow, where do I even start? Let's just say if it wasn't for Party Butlers, we couldn't have handled our event. We were planning my birthday party and I had no idea where to start. Steve met me at the venue (in his own spare time), did a walk through and provided a ton of helpful advice, drawing on his years of experience on party management.When the day came, Steve and Karen came right on time and set to work setting everything up the hour before the guests came. They worked efficiently and quickly, setting up the drinks and creating an AMAZING cheese board display for 60+ people. Once they arrived, my husband didn't need to do anything and was able to mingle with the guests. Drinks were poured, dirty plates taken away, food refilled and cake was served, all without asking. The best was when my elderly mother-in-law commented on how considerate Steve was. It was a hot day and every time her drink was depleted, he just happened to be there to ask, "May I get you another drink?"While the guests were leaving, Steve and Karen quietly cleaned, washed all the serving ware, packed up all the leftovers and put everything in a neat package for us. Just used this company for a bridal shower brunch for 25 ladies. Steve was excellent. He showed up right when he said he would and was very helpful for the full 4 hours. He served mimosas, cleared plates, ran dishwasher and was ahead of the game the whole time. I had made some casseroles and ordered some sandwiches and only needed a set of hands to make the party run smoothly and he provided that. I was able to relax and enjoy the party. Steve and his staff did an amazing job helping us with a retirement party for 65 guests at our home.  They were prompt and professional, assisted with the set up, attended to our guests needs throughout the night, and cleaned it all up when it was over.  After initial instructions, they just handled it all without us having to give directions.  Many of our guests commented to us later how impressed they were with the attentiveness of Steve and his staff.  The evening was far more enjoyable for us because Steve made sure it all went smoothly.  We will definitely call Party Butler next time we host an event. I highly recommend Party Butler.  I called Steve at Party Butler only 2 days before my party. He listened to what I needed and got back to me within minutes with a text confirming a helper named Jennifer.  Jennifer showed up in a tidy and tasteful uniform (black pants, tux shirt, apron, hair pulled back). We hired Steve and his team for our wedding last month. He and his crew work incredibly hard. They were our crew for setting up all delivered rentals in the blank canvas that was our wedding venue. They set up the chairs, tables, champagne tower, dessert table, served cake, bussed tables, served water, you name it; the list is pretty endless. Did I mention it almost rained during our ceremony that was outdoors? The crew was ready for anything, including: improvising and taking off the chair cushions only to find that it wouldn't be raining during the ceremony and helped to put the cushions back for everyone's comfort. The team was swift in setting up, cleaning, breaking down, and packing. We were impressed by how quickly our venue became an empty space again right after the night was over. Our rental agreement was only until midnight, and everyone was out well before then. This is a crew run by professionals, and I highly recommend them. Initially, my husband and I were scared of booking Steve because we didn't get an answer right away when we wanted to deposit a payment, so I should mention phone calls are the way to go! This is the second time we had Steve and Karen over to help with a party for 40 people, bartending and serving food.  Once again, we were thrilled with their energy, proactive approach to service and overall positive attitudes.  During the 6 hours they were at our house, they were constantly jumping from one task to another, offering assistance to us and our guests.... When they are bartending and serving food at our parties, we can relax and enjoy our guests.  Book in advance because they get busy. We hired Efrim and Fernanda for Thanksgiving and they made my life so easy! They teamed up, took initiative and did an outstanding job of serving, clearing, and washing dishes. Steve and his team are amazing!! We've used them twice for large parties (80-100 people) and both times they were punctual, ready to work, figured out where things were and what to do, observed what needed to be done in the moment, were very attentive, easy to work with, did a great job of cleaning throughout the time of the party and then left the house tidy and clean. We used the party butlers for a school parent event at someone's home.  They worked continuously replenishing food and supplies while clean up the whole time.  There was never a dirty glass or plate left for more than a couple minutes.  When asked to stay am extra half hour, they did so happily.  It made the event so much more enjoyable for those of us hosting. Yesterday was my first time using Party Butler. I can't believe that I waited so long to hire them and should've used him for every previous party I have thrown. Steve and Karen were phenomenal. Steve and his Crew are AMAZING!  I had the pleasure of working with them at my cousins wedding, I was acting as her Wedding Coordinator, and working with Steve and Karen and the rest of his Crew was incredible. Excellent service and worth every penny.  My husband and I had a party this past weekend with approximately 50 guests.  Steve tended bar and Karen passed appetizers and tended to ours and our guests' needs.  This was the 3rd time we used Party Butler, and have been extremely happy with the experience each time.  They learned where everything in our kitchen is (not easy, my kitchen is a bit unorganized with difficult cupboards), passed all of the appetizers, & cleaned as the night went on which allowed us to enjoy our guests and not worry about everything. I will never do another party without the Party Butler. It was the best thing I ever did. Not only did Steve and his crew do a great job, but was here for me every step of the way. Whatever I needed he was there to get it for me. With the Party Butler I was able to relax. Excellent service of serving guest, and picking up after them, and the clean up was amazing. EXCELLENT. I've never witness a person more capable of MULTITASKING. Steve went over and beyond his bartending needs. While keeping everyone happy at the bar. .. I noticed he picked up dirty plates, dumped trash, cleared up the rental tables and chairs....you could not tell we had a reception at the house.  Thinking of it now, I did not tip him enough. We had a small 25-person backyard party, and friends recommended Steve as an all-around help.  He was GREAT - a total pleasure !  We set up an hour before, working side by side with Steve - he moved from table arrangement to food prep to bar layout, touching on all aspects of our casual afternoon event.  Once the party started, Steve was everywhere - helping guests find food, making drinks when asked, clearing plates and glasses in a lovely low-key way. And when the party wrapped up four hours later, we discovered . . . almost all the cleanup had already been finished !  We were able to relax and enjoy our friends, and barely paid attention to the maintenance that we usually need to supervise.  And Steve is a pleasure to interact with  -  we shared rock & roll music trivia and interests, he's very graceful socially  -  we were totally comfortable having him in our home and with our friends.Couldn't recommend him more highly  -  I hope he'll be a part of our entertaining from now on.  Many thanks, Steve ! Steve was so helpful.  I had some recipes that I printed out and the ingredients ready and he put together several salads and dishes together for me.  Then, he set up all the chafing dishes, replenished food, served food, and cleaned up.  The best part is that he did his work so flawlessly, that I hardly saw him or spoke to him after the initial orientation because I was talking and laughing with my guests.  How did I ever have parties before without him?
