I recently placed an order for a co-worker. I didn't realize that the co-worker had moved so the florist's first attempt at delivery was to an incorrect address. They immediately contacted me. I was able to obtain her new address and the florist delivered them to the correct address the next day. They provided great customer service and, even better, my co-worker loved her bouquet. In getting ready for our son's wedding, we suddenly realized we had no floral arrangement for the rehearsal dinner. Cheryl fulfilled our last-minute order, and provided a beautiful arrangement. I can't say enough good things about Cheryl and her team! I was an out-of-town bride with limited time when I was home for wedding appointments. Cheryl was always so flexible to make sure she was available to meet me. She listened to everything on my wish list, and the final product was even better than anything I could've asked for. Cheryl is fantastic to work with. We had our wedding on September 12, 2015 at the carnegie museum (large wedding with almost 300 people) and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! !
