Jim is a fantastic personal trainer! As someone who has never loved going to the gym (and who didn’t like previous trainers), I always look forward to my workouts with Jim. He makes me laugh and is motivating, encouraging, and kind...all while kicking my butt. He has helped me to do things that I didn’t know I was strong enough to do, and he is really good about adapting your workout for your goals. We hosted weekly boot camps for our Dressage riders here at our farm to build our core and make us stronger riders. He kicked our butts, helped us with what to eat, and we all lost weight and our riding improved because of it!
