Nutrition is the most important aspect of losing weight, gaining my muscle and leading a healthy lifestyle. Every client who works with Parducci Fitness receives an individualized nutrition program, you also receive access to our organic meal delivery service. That means we provide the program and take care of the tedious meal prep!

I’ve helped clients from many different walks of life get in shape. Training is not a one size fits all philosophy. I take the time to carefully craft an exercise program based around you specific needs; Strength & Conditioning programs tailored towards the athlete, marathon runner or those just looking to play with the kids longer. Physique Development programs designed for the more experienced lifter looking to beef up there image, gain lean muscle and build a beautifully symmetrical physique you’d see in a magazine. And last but not least High Intensity Training programs designed to shred fat and have fun while doing it.

Training takes place at any of our five locations spread throughout Manhattan. Each location has a different personality, membership to Complete Body gets you access to all locations.
