We have been tenants of the property for 15 years. I don't know why I waited so long to Yelp this but Mike Vic is a stellar property manager. He responds to our concerns in a timely manner and is willing to help out with a wide range of issues pertaining to the care of the property and those employed here. Second the Mike Vick comment. He is very prompt and very willing to help when you need something. The lead time is great from issue to resolution. You can't expect much from renting, but this has been one of my more positive experiences. It is a difficult spot being between the owner and the tenant, but Mike does a good job of balancing the demands of both parties. Sending my first payment today! More...

Mike Vick at Paragon is the best.  He is our property manager and he is always on top of things.  We are expanding our office and have asked him to do literally one million things and he always does them quickly and with a smile on his face.  He even is on our side when it comes to hashing things out with the owner.  He drops whatever he is doing to help us out, even if it means darting over here.  We are in an older building and with that there are water leakages, broken pipes, stalled elevators, etc and he gets the building back up and operating in no time.  If anyone has the chance to lease a building that is overseen by Mike, you should take it.  MIKE IS THE BEST!!!!!  =) More...
