Perfect customer service! Unfortunately, it turned out that I was the crazy customer that ordered wrong, but thought the wrong delivery was made. When I emailed Paradise Flower Market about my disappointment, the manager called me almost immediately and kindly explained that they didn't have the flowers I wanted, and thought I ordered, on their website. Which would have been satisfactory for me. But she went way beyond expectations, and insisted on delivering the flowers I really wanted. All this at the end of the busy Mother's Day Weekend. Carrie was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the wedding process. Our first meeting was great and Carrie offered a great suggestions and alternatives for seasonal flowers. Carrie put together the bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouqets, centerpieces and the corsages for our nearest and dearest! Last Saturday, a girl that I've been talking to was feeling under the weather and, to make matters worse, was trapped at work until 7 PM while the rest of us got to enjoy college football and deliciously grilled meats. I decided to pull the trigger on sending her some flowers. Now as a 23 year old young man with no prior experience in ordering flowers, I did what any millennial would do and Google'd "same day flower delivery. It was with that drunken iPhone search that I came across a horrendous, third-party website (that shall remain nameless), whose customer service agent had absolutely zero problem taking my money and assuring me that flowers will get delivered to the beautiful young miss by 7 PM closing time. Unfortunately for me, this false promise was followed up with a confirmation email several hours later (around 4:30 PM) stating that the said-requested flowers were now expected to arrive Monday.So after cancelling that order, I did what I should have done in the first place and cross-searched flower shops within reasonable proximity of this young lady's place of work. Enter: Paradise Flower Market. They helped me out BIG TIME. Just 10 minutes before their closing time, the associate I spoke with heard me out, and helped me tenfold. I live in Houston, Texas. I called 6 flower shops at 3:15 pm before I called Carrie to deliever my boss's mother flowers for her birthday. They all told me their cut off time was 3pm. I cannot give enough praise to Carrie from Paradise Flowers. I had an idea of what we wanted for our wedding in terms on flowers and decorating, but she and her team created more than we could have imagined! First of all, she was always very responsive and easy to communicate with. I was able to basically tell her some things I like and some things I didn’t like, and she really took it from there. I met with her the week of the wedding and she totally took the reins and made the meeting and my decisions so easy! I was just blown away when I walked into our wedding tent to see all the beautiful centerpieces and decorations. I love this place! It's like heaven inside. They have a walk in cooler you can pick from the assorted fresh flowers, or let them create exactly what you want. I came in on my birthday for some blush roses and left with a huge smile and gorgeous roses. The owner and her on site pup were more than welcoming and accommodating. She helped me pick eucalyptus to go with my roses, and genuinely cared about my experience. They deliver pretty much everywhere and I'll be using them for all of my floral needs from here on out. I cannot say enough about how this florist went above and beyond the call of duty to help me look good at the eleventh hour. Less than two hours before they closed on Saturday, I realized that I had not yet ordered flowers to celebrate my niece's high school graduation. The lady who took my order could not have been more helpful. Knowing it was a particularly hot day, she took various contact information to make sure that someone would be home to accept the flowers. Rather than deliver them and risk the flowers baking in the sun, once she called and found out no one would be home, she actually delivered the flowers early on Sunday morning. The person who took my order provided the type of customer service to which many people pay lip service but few deliver. The cherry on top on this sundae was that the flowers were absolutely beautiful and proudly on display at my niece's graduation party. My niece was thrilled, which made my day. I look forward to using Paradise Flower Market in the future, my only concern being that they set an incredibly high bar for themselves right out of the box. More...

I would highly recommend Paradise Flowers.  It was a pleasure to work with Carrie and Amanda in the planning of the center pieces for our son and daughter in law's rehearsal dinner.  We live out of state, had limited time and had very specific requirements.  Carrie and Amanda made it a flawless  process with gorgeous results.
