This business has caused my wife and I more stress than any other vendor combined. They failed to order the extra lace for my wifes dress and later was told it is no longer available.
They lied numerous times stating my wife never requested the extra lace, but did finally admit they made a mistake after my wife showed them paperwork proving the lace was ordered. The communication with this place is terrible and they fail to talk amongst staff regarding issues. They acted like they were doing us favors when they were simply corrected their own previous errors.
They failed to inform anyone that the dresses for the bridesmaids came in and they actually blamed my wife to all her friends and family, saying they called her to inform her(which is 100% not the case).
For the tux side:
6 out of the 8 groomsmen had such major issues after picking up the tux, they needed to send all of them back. They claimed it was normal for minor adjustments, but finally admitted they dont send tux's back for minor adjustments. All 6 groomsmen had to return 3 times for the tux, not including the original measurement. They FORCED everyone to pay in cash only, yet when people tried to pay in cash they were told they needed to go elsewhere to obtain accurate change first. (UNBELIEVABLE!)It was such a terrible experience that Paradise Bridal was actually joked about during both speeches at the wedding. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The ONLY THING you may enjoy is their beautiful showroom...which is no indication of the services you will receive. Read the reviews and trust the unfortunate individuals who made the error of purchasing here.

I bought a mother of the groom dress from Paradise Bridal 10 years ago and was very satisfied, so when I needed another mother of the groom dress I didn’t shop around, I went straight to Paradise Bridal once again The same woman who waited on me 10 years ago took care of me once again. It was like coming home! I explained what I was looking for and she picked out several dresses for me to try on. She found the perfect dress for me! My experience with Paradise Bridal was great. The staff was very helpful, especially considering I ordered my dress 3 1/2 months before my wedding date. Patty made sure to only show me dresses she knew would come in time. Dress came in about 1 month before my wedding date. I did get my alterations done elsewhere. More...

Matilde was my bridal consultant and she was the best! She knew exactly what I wanted and helped me to find the dress of my dreams. She took me out of my comfort zone, and what I "thought" I wanted, and opened my eyes to other styles I wouldn't have necessarily thought to put onto my body type. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Paradise! I was recommended to visit here by 4 women who've gotten their wedding dresses at Paradise, and who all had nothing but great things to say about their assistance and selection of dresses. I made an appointment with ease. My mother and sister joined me and Cindy was our bridal assistant. She was so sweet and helpful. I was sort of all over the place with the type of dress I was looking for, and she listened to my requests and pulled several different dresses based on what I told her. I was concerned my size wouldn't be available in the dress I liked (I'm a 12-14), but I didn't have to worry, there were a ton of samples in my size. After the 5th dress I tried on I knew I found the one!!!! I got my veil too that day, and it matches my dress perfectly. I just can't say enough about the perfect experience I had at Paradise. I was dreading dress shopping due to my own issues with my weight, but Cindy put me at complete ease and made the process 100% enjoyable. The selection here is GREAT for a bride and the seamstresses really know what they're doing. They just remodeled the inside and it looks beautiful and is a great place to browse through dresses and shop. The customer service is a little sassy and not too accommodating. Some of the staff members are way nicer than others, get to know them and ask for them by name so you don't have to deal with short-tempered, inflexible people. Many of the negative reviews seem to be for bridesmaids dresses or suit rentals, and to be honest there are so many easier places to do those things I would not suggest Paradise Bridal for anything other than bridal dresses.
