The food is amazing but the service not so much. Every time I go, there’s always different staff. They never seem to know what to do. Tonight, I stopped after work and ordered 6 tacos and a chimichanga. I was charged for 6 tacos but was only given 3. Thankfully, I was paying attention. My chimichanga wasn’t good this time. It had been fried too long and there was enough chicken inside to feed a whole family, which I’m not complaining about being too much chicken. There was also the cheese sauce, but that was it. I wasn’t offered anything to put on it nor given a choice like I have in the past. I didn’t know how plain this was till I had gotten home. It was almost 40.00 for a chimichanga and 6 plain tacos. I thought that was super high for what I got. Costumer service is meh. It doesn’t seem like anyone is too happy to be there, including what seems like management. My last thought, why no one wears masks or changes gloves like they should. I witnessed one of the workers taking money and then used the same gloves to make food. That is unsanitary and just disgusting. I think if you can rectify the following, it’ll be a better experience. I just know, I won’t be coming back for a real long time More...

Very poor service if the owners are not there, seems like they are always out of something so you have to wait for it to be cooked, I don’t run a restaurant but I’m smart enough to know when you are getting low on product tell the person in back cooking to get more ready. Over all experiences poor!

I went here tonight, food was GREAT but none of the employees wore mask and honestly it really made the environment not so friendly with all COVID stuff going on and they had signs to practice social distancing but did not do their simple part. Everyone has mask EXCEPT the two male employees working. Being pregnant that made feel not too safe going somewhere that doesn't mandate mask especially someone working/dealing/handling food. I'm all for supporting small/local businesses so I was super excited to try this place. like I said food was great but the whole no mask thing is not cool More...

Anytime I try out a 'New to me' Mexican food establishment I always get a Chicken Chimichanga. I just had one from Pappi's and my only regret is that I didn't order two or three of them - not because one isn't a generous portion - it is! But Pappi's Chimi is by FAR the best I've ever had. Heather suggested the Pozole and O.M.G. - SO delicious!!! I almost hate to do this review because the more people learn about Pappi's the busier they are going to get and I don't know if I have the patience to wait for such excellent fare :) Pretty sure I'm going back there tomorrow for lunch!!! Please support this local small business. They are doing it right and deserve all the good things that certainly will come their way! I know I will be back there - MANY times!! More...
