I have to update my review. We came here three times in three days while visiting Springfield. It is a so much better option than Starbucks. The coffee is actually good. All the pastries are good. The breakfast bagels are much better than 'bucks. The weekend cinnamon rolls are a real treat. The pumpkin turnover is not like a dessert, but filled with excellent pumpkin. Very comfortable place. AC was just right and there are plenty of seating available. The price is a little higher than similar restaurants but the food tasted pretty good. Simple ingredients used. We just finished celebrating my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary at Papo’s Cafe, and the entire event was spectacular! The facilities are beautiful, the food delicious, and the service top notch! Austin Carter and Omar were professional, organized, courteous, and a pure joy to work with from start to finish. We were able to sit back, relax, and enjoy every bit of the evening. We already enjoy dining at Papo’s nearly every Sunday, and we highly recommend them for an event such as ours! More...

Nice cafe with fresh food that is good for breakfast, great for lunch and the prices are good for what you get.  But maybe the best part are the treats.  A cup of coffee with one of them, is nice.   My only negative is that it can get loud as the walls really reverberate sound. More...

Mom and I went for the first time for lunch today. Very cute decor and atmosphere. Our sandwiches we’re delish. I had the Mac n cheese and it was creamy and yummy, mom had the pasta salad that looked good too. I will be back!

Amazing! You can tell a lot of thought went into Papo's. From the decor, to the branding, to every little detail, it's gorgeous and very well done. Modern, simple, somewhat shabby chic, they really knocked it out of the park! Perfect for a meeting place with friends, a date, quick lunch! Food and tea was great! I bought one of their Make It a Meal deal. I had the Pesto Chicken Sandwich, vinegar salt chips, a peanut butter cookie and black raspberry tea. I bought a berry scones to go that was huge! Came here twice one for lunch and the second time for a bridal shower. I had the pork belly sandwich , the pork wish the pork was crispy . The second time I had the pesto chicken sandwich and it was good, the pesto chicken sandwich had chicken breast, cream cheese , pesto and balsamic vinegar on lettuce onion , wheat bread . Homemade cinnamon rolls on the weekend are so delish! If you dine in it come out warm and goey and oh so good! Avocado toast is also tasty, plenty of balsamic and avocado. Had the Papo's salad today it was fresh and delicious love goat cheese and the dressing. My husband had the Cuban he said it was very good. Cinnamon roll is huge,yummy and tastes homemade. This cute cafe is full of coffee house energy with great food to match. We went for breakfast and enjoyed the homemade pop tarts, quiche, farmhouse sandwich, and spicy biscuits and gravy. The biscuits and gravy were a stand out with unique flavor and just the right hit of spice. If you want a massive cinnamon roll head over on the weekend (they aren't available during the week) and get there early because they sell out. Great, quick breakfast spot. I always get the staple breakfast sandwich and substitute the bagel for an English muffin. My boyfriend always gets the southwest breakfast wrap. Today his wrap was lacking the "southwest" aspect and was mostly egg. The man that delivered our food could tell that my boyfriend was disappointed as the wrap did not look like it usually does. The man addressed that the wrap wasn't made to the standard and offered him a new sandwich. My boyfriend declined, but the man came back shortly after with a new (great looking) wrap and said, "this is the proper way we make the wrap" and gave it to him. Great customer service! I loved this place before, but will definitely be back for the customer service alone. The lattes and coffees are delicious as well. Looking forward to trying their bakery items!
