I came to Phenix Salon Suites about 4 months ago after I knew that I needed to make a change in my work experience everything about this place has been positive from the initial tour and interview to the strong and passionate community to the upscale feel I absolutely and ecstatic that I chose this place to open my business because I could not have asked for a better team of people the owners are amazing.

Gone Girl Hair Salon in ste 105 is very happy here. And it shows on her everyday. The managers Karen. Nicole.David, John and the contratracter Mike of Stellar contracting goes above and beyond to make her, the clients and the other suite owners comfortable and happy. Its a great motivational place to be, and it shows on Stephanie's face every Morning before leaving and when she returns home.

Karen and Nicole are great owners. From paperwork upon signing, to getting my keys and now having my own business, their flexibility, compassion and understanding of each individuals situation is beyond gracious. The Suwanee location is absolutely stunning! The grounds are always well maintained, the location is perfect and the easy of the facilities are a bonus for salon owners and our guests. Pam, the receptionist is also great with making sure the interior environment is well kept and visitors know where to go. Purchased a full highlight and haircut package for JS Studio. I called Joli to make an appointment and she was very nice and asked me about my hair and what I wanted. Made an appointment and when the time came she was busy with another client and didn't finish until 30/45 mins later, which I didn't like. Finally, when it was my turn, she fully went over what I wanted and made everything sound possible which I really liked due to always hearing other salonist saying they can't do it all at once on the same day or can't do it at all. My hair took several hours (especially the toner part) since I was going from mainly black/dark brown hair to blonde/honey color.  She really cared and even stayed until 12 am(past closing) but since it was late we made another appointment for the next day/two and she was still busy with another client but not as long this time and again took her time with my hair and knew every step she needed to do in order to achieve what I wanted. After several more hours, It came out to what I had hoped for. She was very nice and communitive/conversational with me. The Groupon deal was great and I would love to come back again for Joli to do my hair! More...

I've been in the beauty business since 1978. I've worked for salon owners, in the corporate salon as well as had my own business. I've found the Phenix Salon Suites to be very friendly and accommodating. When I chose the Mall of Georgia location I was impressed. We have had one suite owner already expand her business to her own location. She is doing very well.There are a variety of reasons why someone might choose a Suite atmosphere. Some want a little freedom to expand their services free of the Corporate no. Some want to have their own salon and realize that a suite is an excellent way to build and move up to their own free standing space with their name on the door. I am choosing to be at Phenix because I'm coming to the time for retirement.I've found the managing partners here to be exceptionally interested in our success. The Phenix Salon Suites are amazing! One can go there and receive multiple services (hair, facials, and massages) in one location without feeling overwhelmed. The atmosphere is fantastic, both relaxing and professional. The stylists and estheticians are amazing. Phenix Salon Suites of Buford is fabulous! I have been there many times, and my experience each and every time has been phenomenal! I love how each of the stylists and estheticians has their own individual private and cozy suites. It makes be feel like I am at a high-end hotel spa! The entire complex is immaculate. I have a good friend whose daughter is looking to begin her own small business in the luxury spa industry after graduation, and I recommended for her to contact the owner, Karen Perry. Karen was very professional, personable, and informative during the tour.
