First time at a Panera today. I'm a very basic eater who likes basic stuff. I thought a "Classic Grilled Cheese" sandwich sounded good. Ordered a BLT today for my mom. When she reviewed it, it had avacodo and a small piece of bacon. She took it back and told them there wasn't enough bacon. The lady was very rude and said there's bacon on it. For 2 pic 2 at $25.. You'd think they would be nice and also put more that bacon. Was very surprised that someone would be rude at Paneras. Panera bread here in Sebring is ripping off people . They down sized their portions by a long shot and are charging the same prices . Their explaination with an attitude was that their bread was changed. I actually got yelled at by their manager which was unprofessional. My sandwich with my soup was for both me and my husband twenty five dollars more than the average sit in restaurant with full service . For a sandwich that was the size of my pointer finger in length and across and soup that was barely a bowl anymore. .And I'm writing to corporate about it too . More...

My mother and I are currently eating at the Sebring, FL location and were treated very rudely by one of the expo guys. My mom is a weekly customer (and has visited twice this week) and no longer wants to come because of the way she was treated. She always asks for croutons and extra Parmesan cheese, she has never been charged for these add-ons. Perhaps, new management enforcing the policy, or maybe a laxity on behalf of the other expo workers, either way she was unaware of this is policy. Today she asked for those items as usual and was yelled at by the expo guy. Then she realized there was no spoon for her soup and was yelled at again. We did complain, and the expo guy left, but my mom is still very dissatisfied by the level of customer service she received today and is considering asking her friends to find a new restaurant to eat at for their Thursday dinner club. Did an online rapid pickup order for 2 spinach artichoke breakfast souffles. last night to be picked up at 10:30 this morning. After driving 35 minutes, I was told all the souffles. were gone by 8:00 A.M. I thought they were baked all morning until 10:30. A manager told me they can't give me my money back at their store for an online order. I asked why no-one called. I was told that they only get a rapid pickup order 10 minutes before it is due even though I placed it the night before. This doesn't seem right to me. We get food from here pretty much every week. I love the food, but I do get frustrated when something is left off our order. This seems to happen about once every 3 weeks. My husband tries to check things before he leaves the store, but he shouldn't really have to be opening everything before he brings it home. Tonight he ordered a Fuji apple chicken salad for me. When I dumped it out on a plate and started eating I realized - no chicken. Very disappointing. I just feel like there should be some double-checking on the take-out orders by the employees.
