They took such great care of my baby girl! It was her first haircut and the guy taking care of her assured me that they would read her body language and take breaks if she needed to. He was honest about what she needed done, and even assured me she'd be fluffy in time for Christmas! I definitely recommend them! More...

We took our two pandemic puppies in there who had never gone into a groomer before (mobile only) and they were very well taken care of. My wife called to check in and they gave us an update right away. Very friendly and courteous and I cannot recommend them more. More...

Lehla was a bit excited and didn't particularly want to get her nails trimmed, it took the two of us to keep her still. Â And Even though it was near closing the groomer was friendly and patient with both Lehla and myself and she was knowledgeable about my dogs skin allergy on her feet. Â I'm in an apartment and the cause of the allergy is from the pesticides being sprayed onto the grass. Â I am now keeping Lehla out of the grass so hopefully we won't have to continue to frequent the vets for allergy meds. More...

My two maltepoos had gone two months from their last grooming session at a different place and looked pretty sad when I took them into Pampered Pet. Â They looked amazing when I picked them up!! Â Their coats were white and fluffy and soft - beautiful. The store appeared clean and the staff was friendly.I would highly recommend Pampered Pet More...

Look Britt, you messed up my dogs hair and no excuse you give will justify it. You did offer for me to go in and have it "corrected" I did decline because I will never trust you with my baby again, as a matter of fact I don't even trust you to be near my dog's poop, that's how much trust I have in you. The first time I took my dog she did a great job with the face trim, paw trim, and bathing her. She wasn't able to cut her hair because it was an "introduction to grooming" for my pup. (Which was fine to me). Last Friday I took her again for a cut and I was in disbelief when I saw my pooch. Here are the pictures of the HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE cut she gave my dog. The back part of my dogs legs are HORRIFIC. My dog is a fluffy Maltipoo and she looks like a bald squirrel right now. I will be careful taking my pets to THIS lady as she will NOT focus on your dog while she's doing their cut, clearly! It looks like a 7 year old gave my dog a cut. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!
